2025 Educator Survey
Since 2015, Tennessee has partnered with researchers at Vanderbilt's TN Education Research Alliance to collect feedback from teachers, administrators, and school staff on working conditions, school leadership, and education policies. Today, over 40,000 educators participate each Spring!
To ensure anonymity, the TN Department of Education only releases individual school results when there is a minimum 45% response rate. For District 1, we have 2025 results for both Ellis Middle School and Hendersonville High School.
Like any data set, singling out certain metrics won't provide the full story. However, communities can track this data to better understand their schools and focus on ways to help support our educators.
